Rooms keyboard_arrow_down
Lavish and comfortable, the 20 bedrooms at L'Hotel are all eye-catching. Built around a famous six floor oval atrium, they range in size from Mignon, Bijoux and Chic, to Grand and the Apartment. Designed by Jacques Garcia, each room guarantees a unique experience. The most famous, number 16, is that of Oscar Wilde's, who lived here until his death in 1900. A framed copy of the final bill Wilde failed to pay, because he was "dying beyond his means", hangs on the wall as a reminder of the property's remarkable history.
Some guest rooms have terraces overlooking the rooftops of Paris and the spire of St. Germain-des-Près, others have large French windows or marble bathrooms boasting old-style bathtubs.

What we loved...
Ooozing romance and decadence, this is one of my favourite hotels in Paris and I have stayed here 4 or 5 times. The bathrooms can be small, but who cares? Oscar Wilde didn't! I love everything about it and the location is fantastic for exploring the Left Bank which is full of cafes, artisan shops and restaurants. Les Deux Magots is where Hemingway put pen to paper and is only a few minutes' walk away - a great spot for breakfast and watching the world go by.Accommodation
