Bramley product of your choice
The Beckford Arms is a very stylish country pub with rooms located just on the edge of the Fonthill Estate in south Wiltshire just twenty minutes from Stonehenge and under two hours from London. This Chic Retreat serves delicious British food in a traditional pub setting which is complemented by 8 en-suite bedrooms, sitting room, bar, private dining room and garden with a terraced area. If you are looking for stylish interiors and mouth-watering dishes at reasonable prices then look no further, the Beckford Arms is unbeatable on both accounts.
Be pampered in your room and choose between Aromatherapy by Angela or Theravada Thai Massage by Anouchka both of whom are also pretty mean personal trainers. The garden has a Petanque piste, hammocks a games area for the children and even a dog bath for those muddy paws.
It goes without saying that the Beckford Arms use local and organic products wherever and whenever possible ensuring that local growers are supported. This naturally means that the menus change with the season making sure the dishes are in tune with the best available ingredients. Some of the traditional fayre includes suckling pig spit-roasted on the open fire, game pies with homemade pastry and home-smoked wild salmon or aged steaks. Pudding loves won't be disappointed by the dark chocolate truffle with hazelnut and sea salt ice cream or the buttermilk pudding the gooseberry. Breakfast is a mouth-watering feast and includes Eggs Benedict, waffles, pancakes and home made jams.
In the summer months guests can choose from 3 picnic menus and set off with a picnic basket, blanket and a map!
