    Payments policy

    For all reservations, a prepayment is required in the amount of 30% of the total reservation. The prepayments need to be made within 7 days of confirmation. The percentage amount is applied to the total amount of the reservation.

    Cancellation policy

    The following cancellation fee is applicable if the entire, or partial room nights of the booking, is cancelled: 

    In high season (season 1)

    • Up to 14 days before arrival – there is no penalty
    • Less than 14 days prior to the arrival – 30% of the total amount will be charged
    • Cancellation 24hrs prior to the arrival or in case of no show - the total amount of reservation will be charged.
    • In the case of earlier departure, we will charge the full amount of the reservation. 

    In low season (season 2, 3 & 4)
    • Up to 7 days before arrival – there is no penalty
    • Less than 7 days prior to the arrival – 30% of the total amount will be charged
    • Cancellation 24hrs prior to the arrival or in case of no show - the total amount of reservation will be charged.
    • In the case of earlier departure, the hotel will charge the full amount of the reservation. 
    • Please note, that the guest will bear any occurring bank expenses or transfer charges. 

    No Show Charges 
    • No-show on the day of arrival will result in a charge of the entire amount of the reservation

    Late arrivals/check-ins must be announced in advance

    Late departures / check-outs:

    12h-14h: without additional charge
    14h-18h: surcharge of 50% of the total room rate
    18h or later: full charge of room daily rate
     
    Alternatively, you can use the luggage room to store your suitcases which is available to our guests complimentary.
