At Montpelier Plantation and Beach, guests have the perfect balance of activity and relaxation. Whether it is walking through the hotel's tropical gardens, relaxing in a hammock by the fresh water pool, playing a game of tennis or simply having a massage to unwind, you will be transported to a place of peace and tranquillity. Montpelier Plantations secluded private beach is dotted with gazebos, lounge chairs and a pavilion for barbecue lunches. Regular transportation to the beach is provided by the hotel. Guests can also take advantage of the 60-foot mosaic-tiled freshwater swimming pool, play room and library.
Nevis is particularly special for hiking in the rainforest and exploring ruins from the plantation days gone by. Take a hike in the morning and then enjoy the afternoon relaxing at the beach while enjoying a fresh lunch and rum punches. Other activities include deep sea fishing, sailing, kayaking, scuba diving, horseback riding, waterskiing, windsurfing, nature walks, mountain treks, boat trips, tennis lessons and day trips to St. Barts or St. Kitts can be easily arranged for an additional charge. A customised program called Children in Action guarantees a fun experience for guests aged 6 to 12. The Play Room provides a large selection of books, board games and colorful crafts. Family movies and cartoons are also available. Montpelier is a safe playground to observe the monkeys and wild donkeys and explore hidden plantation ruins. In addition, a healthy childrens menu is proposed at both restaurants, Indigo and Restaurant 750.
Indigo: Indigo embodies easygoing island dining. A sensational combination of high end services, sophisticated style and lounge styles. It is a stylish area, for lunch or a casual dinner with fine wines, rare rums, cigars and cocktails.
Restaurant 750: For unobtrusive, al fresco dining, Montpelier Plantations AAA Four Diamond restaurant, offer light and modern cuisine, perfected through the use of local ingredients, herbs and spices. It is complete with fabulous views overlooking the lights of Charlestown and St. Kitts.
Mill Privée: For a memorable, once in a lifetime experience, guests can choose to dine in the hotels 300 year-old sugar mill, Mill Privée, converted into the only restaurant of its kind in the world. The original sugar mill is completely intact and the well-trodden floor and hand-cut round stonewall is wonderfully atmospheric. The Mill Privée also hosts tasting dinners with wine pairing carefully chosen by the hotels sommelier.

Montpelier Beach Bar: Guests enjoy exclusive access to the hotel’s private beach, located just a short drive in the hotel’s shuttle - a tranquil place to soak up the destination’s natural setting. A full bar and private cabanas are available, serving daytime refreshment and cocktails.
Pool Bar: Guests can dine poolside at Indigo, which offers a selection of delicious salads, sandwiches, fresh fruits, and refreshing drinks during the day. After 5pm, Indigo transforms into a lounge bar featuring sharing platters, molecular cocktails, fine wine and champagne. Open 9am-11pm.

Montpelier Plantation and Beach boasts 19 sea-view rooms, including 16 rooms and 3 suites. Designed to complement their natural surroundings, the spacious air-conditioned rooms are positioned to take advantage of the trade winds. Plantation and Premier Rooms: 535 / 540 Sq Feet. The Premier Rooms are a combination of traditional and tropical design, whereas the Plantation rooms are elegant, plantation style with a modern twist. All rooms have a private covered veranda, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, in-room safe, tea & coffee making facilities, mini fridge, irons & ironing boards, hairdryer, Elemis Spa amenities.
The Garden Suite: 790 Sq Feet. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, The Garden Suite is about nature with a fresh contemporary touch. It features a large terrace, interior sitting area with a wet bar and floor to ceiling glass windows looking out to the islands beyond Nevis. The look is completed with a four poster bed, bamboo floors and bathroom with rainfall shower. The Suite also has an iPod docking station and espresso machine.
The Tamarind Villa: 1,472 Sq Feet. The 2-bedroom Villa embraces a much more contemporary style with a private pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with views of Nevis Peak. The Tamarind Villa also has an iPod docking station, Nespresso machine and a flat-screen TV.
The Little House. The old world charm of a 100-year-old building has been intertwined with modern touches. This two bedroom and two bath villa is perfect for family and friends. Just a one-minute walk from the main hotel, the Little House is fully serviced and comes equipped with a full kitchen.
