Cottar’s 1920s Safari Camp is a family-run operation that has been running since 1919 - experience that shows in the wonderful staff and excellent attention to detail. For a start, the hotel has developed to spread over an entire kilometer, ensuring each tent gets a healthy dose of peace and quiet.
Most notable of all, the hotel is set in its own 7000 acre grounds which adjoin the Maasai Mara National Reserve and the Serengeti National Park. The result: an unspoilt and exclusive safari experience - certainly a trip to remember.
