Set within the city walls of Rhodes’ medieval Old Town, Zacosta Villa Hotel is an ideal base to explore the sights of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. With just three rooms, it's really more of a intimate B&B than hotel and accordingly the service is personal, warm and friendly with the charming owner John hell-bent on ensuring you have a great stay.
The style is straightforward with a nice homely feel and whilst no great shakes on the design front, rooms are clean and comfy and the outdoor terrace is a great spot to swap stories from the day or knock back a beer in the sunshine. A great pick for your stay in Rhodes.
A good breakfast is served daily and is included in most room rates (check detail below). There is no restaurant on site but you are spoilt for choice nearby, and John can provide some excellent suggestions.
The three rooms are simple but comfortable with good beds and each step up offering a bit more space than the last.
The hotel is set within the city walls of Rhodes Old Town – a wonderful maze of pretty cobbled streets. Two must-sees are The Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights (a 15-minute walk away) and the Archeological Museum of Rhodes (a 5-minute walk from the hotel).
