2 Michelin Star Restaurant
If you are after some sun, sand and sea, the hotel and restaurant's beach club is only a half hour drive away at the Lungomare Andrea Doria. Ragusa's old town, known as 'Ibla' is the perfect place for browsing tiny boutiques, stopping occasionally for a glass of wine.
At the restaurant, budding chefs can enrol in a cooking class, to learn from the talented chefs there. Further afield, some of Sicily's prettiest villages and hilltop towns are within a short drive.
The restaurant has won acclaim (including its 2 Michelin stars) for its contemporary take on classic Sicilian dishes, led by the talented chef Vincenzo Candiano. Located in the stables of an old warehouse, the restaurant area has been beautifully refurbished, with an outdoor patio for evening al fresco dining.
When at Ristorante Locanda Don Stefano, we highly recommend the degustation menu. The chef will come to discuss your individual taste preferences and suitable wines for pairing. It's an outstanding experience for all foodies.
