Please note that Europa House is non smoking but smoking apartments are available.

How to get there:

By car Europa House is located on Randolph Avenue Maida Vale next to the Warrington on the junction of Sutherland Avenue, and can be reached from the A40 and Harrow Road from the West, the A5 and Maida Vale from the North and East or via Edgware Road from the South. Underground car parking is available on request. By train Paddington Station is a ten minute walk with links to Heathrow airport. Victoria and Kings Cross/St Pancras are approximately 20 minutes away. By London Underground Maida Vale and Warwick Avenue are both serviced by the Bakerloo line and are approximately 5 minute walk away.

Cancellation Policy: 1-€“6 nights: a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is required avoid a 100 per cent charge. 7-€“27 nights stays require a week'€™s notice. 28-night stays, or longer, require 28 days advance notice. However, in all cases there’s a refund for any nights re-let. Booking terms: A £300 security deposit is also required on confirmation.
