Most of the eight lovely rooms are set across the château, with one tucked away in the estate’s beautifully atmospheric chapel nearby. Whilst the former offer an elegant and classic design with a few original features thrown in, the latter is very special indeed with hand-painted wallpapers and friezes. Some of the pricier rooms offer free-standing tubs in the bedroom.

    Why so chic?

Why travel experts chose this hotel

    Chic Treats

Only when you book with Chic

Surrounded by 220 acres of vineyards, olive groves, parkland and woodland, Château St Pierre de Serjac offers the perfect spot to enjoy the best of lovely Languedoc. The 19th-century winery continues to be a working estate, where you can sip on local French wines to a backdrop of stunning countryside views.

Activities abound at this Chic Retreat with wine-tasting, bike hire, tennis, a pool and spa all on site creating an inviting country club feel that is popular with couples and families alike. What’s more, the service couldn’t be friendlier with charming staff who will go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Enjoy.

    Dining

The restaurant at Serjac is laid back and informal, serving delicious dishes with all of the vegetables and herbs are freshly grown on the estate. The menu is full of Mediterranean favourites and brasserie classics, all accompanied by friendly, knowledgeable service.

Savour the estate's wines or enjoy a cocktail by the original fireplace in the 19th-century salon, while you look over the menu. If you're visiting in the summer, we recommend dining on one of the terraces.

    Accommodation

Most of the eight lovely rooms are set across the château, with one tucked away in the estate’s beautifully atmospheric chapel nearby. Whilst the former offer an elegant and classic design with a few original features thrown in, the latter is very special indeed with hand-painted wallpapers and friezes. Some of the pricier rooms offer free-standing tubs in the bedroom.

    Activities

The inviting infinity pool is heated throughout the summer months and is surrounded by oversized loungers that beckon for a snooze. The spacious gardens feature a BBQ and boules area, and guests can use the complimentary bikes (high-spec road bikes are available to hire) to head to the local farmers markets or tackle the estate's biking trails.

There is a full programme activities and events for both adults and children. Personal trainers can be found at the micro-gym, or else challenge your friends to a game of tennis on the floodlit clay tennis courts. After a long day, head to the Cinq Mondes spa, which has an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and aromatherapy sauna to complement the treatments and therapies on offer.

Unsurprisingly, wine is an important feature here - with the estate boasting a fully renovated state-of-the-art winery and vat room which plays host to a contemporary tasting room and event space.
