Why so chic?

Only when you book with Chic
Much of traditional Kuala Lumpur has been eclipsed by glinting, rapid developments and it can be a relief to the senses to stumble across something a little more old world. If you want a break from the shiny, big brand hotels then give the 18-room Anggun Boutique a whirl; dark wood features, pretty lanterns and rattan furniture keep things traditional and rustic chic.
Located in the vibrant Soho district of Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is well-placed to explore, although it is worth noting that things can get rather noisy. You’re just a hop, skip and a jump away from Alor Street here too, while China Town and popular shopping hub Bintang Walk are nearby.
Breakfast is served in the mornings, and is included in most room rates (see detail below). For lunch and dinner, the hotel rooftop café is a welcome oasis, which is also a great place to sip an evening tipple.
Each of the 18 rooms have been traditionally decorated with dark-wood furnishings and comfy beds. The cheaper options do come up a little on the small side, so if you like your space we’d recommend upgrading. It’s worth noting that not all rooms come with windows.
Sightseeing can be exhausting, so head to the rooftop spa for a rejuvenating massage or treatment. In-room massage can also be arranged on request.
