Perched on a verdant hillside, Mount Cinnamon enjoys sweeping views over the white-sand stretch of Grand Anse Beach. Surrounded by well-tended gardens and swaying palm trees, this island idyll is a firm favourite of honeymooners, couples and families alike.
The romantic escape hosts a collection of suites and villas, a set-out that ensures guests have that much-needed peace and quiet, whilst still providing all the care and attention you could expect from a boutique hotel. Interiors reflect the ‘paradise island’ aesthetics outdoors, from the bright colours and bold artwork, to the decorative arches and airy rooms.
Families are welcome at Mount Cinnamon, with family villas and a kid’s club available.
Overlooking the Grand Anse Beach, Savvy's Restaurant serves a mix of fresh local seafood dishes and Caribbean classics. The restaurant focuses on creating meals with fresh, locally-grown produce, to the extent that they have their own vegetable gardens. Children’s menus are available.
Fancy a tipple? The Beach Cabana bar serves a great range of handcrafted cocktails and drinks. You can also tuck into some light bites and lunches here - perfect fuel for a day on the beach.
A great breakfast is served in the mornings and is included in most room rates (see rate detail below).
Mount Cinnamon's collection of 28 suites and villas share the same contemporary style as its communal areas. Décor is bright and cheerful, with vibrant artwork and colourful fabrics. Most rooms have a large living area and private balcony; bedrooms have large beds kitted out with premium bedding. Best of all, most feature breathtaking views out over the beach and turquoise sea beyond. Family options are available.
There are plenty of activities to choose from here, with a state-of-the-art gym and a tennis court for you to make use of. Those looking for something less energetic can make the most of sumptuous treatments and massages in Moi Spa, or simply relax around the charming pool area.
Beach-fans won’t be without their powdery sands either; the postcard-perfect beach sits on the hotel’s doorstep, complete with a clubhouse-like Beach Cabana, with a bar, volleyball court and yoga platform.
Grenada itself is truly beautiful, a place of pristine beaches, pretty colonial-style towns and cooling trade winds. Staff can arrange plantation tours, hiking, boat excursions and river tubing. The beach affords plenty of watersport opportunities, as well as fishing excursions and sailing trips.
Travelling with the little ones? There is a great kid’s club at the hotel (extra charge applies).
