Just on the outskirts of the bustling medina Fès el-Bali, Riad Anata offers a rather stylish retreat for your stay in Morocco’s cultural capital.
With just a handful of rooms set around a pretty internal courtyard in traditional riad-style, there is an intimate feel here, only made more so by the impeccable service from Valérie and her charming team.
Dinner up on the roof terrace is rather special indeed – you will be dreaming of cook Samira’s delicious dishes long after you land back home. Enjoy.
A good breakfast featuring plenty of home-made treats is included in most room rates (check detail below) and is served out on the terrace in fair weather. Dinner is available at the riad on request.
The five bedrooms are lovely, with each colour-themed and named accordingly. Each is decked out in traditional Moroccan décor with cool tiled floors and tadelakt-lined bathrooms, with a few African-style features thrown in.
There is a 2-night minimum stay.
There is a lovely roof terrace with sun loungers – perfect for whiling away an afternoon in the sun.
Massage and cooking classes can be arranged upon request.
Thanks to its location on the edge of the medina, Riad Anata is blissfully quiet yet all the sights are within walking distance and the charming staff can help arrange any tours you might like to take.
