Owners Anita and Simon Black are proud to grow a range of vegetables in their own organic kitchen garden, and they make organic honey from their own bee hives. Grapes and nuts are also grown onsite.
The hens are fed with organic corn, ensuring a daily supply of delicious fresh eggs. Any additional ingredients are seasonal and sourced locally. All meals are freshly prepared, and during the summer months guests can take them outdoors where the sun does not set until 11pm.
The guesthouse also offers cookery courses, where you can learn how to cook healthy and delicious meals. Choose between lessons in light meals, finger snacks, or even a three course meal! Vegetarian alternatives are also available.
