Clean, crisp and minimalist, the rooms at Hotel Miro stay true its designer roots. A range of room types available to suit all budgets, with increasing spaciousness on each step up. It's worth noting that the Economy Doubles with a Courtyard View have frosted windows for privacy which can make things a little dark, so may not be the best option if you’re big on natural light. That being said, if you plan to be out and about, they’re a cosy pick to retreat to after a busy day’s exploring. Otherwise, we'd recommend opting for a City View room or even a Suite, the latter of which are nigh on palatial, and mostly offer expansive views out over Bilbao and the Guggenheim itself.

    Chic Treats

Only when you book with Chic

If you’re in Bilbao to visit the Guggenheim then you can’t choose better than the Hotel Miró, which is just moments from the museum. Located on Bilbao's golden mile, nestled between the Guggenheim and Museum of Fine Arts, the hotel is an art-lover’s dream, with plenty of masterpieces to feast your eyes on. The artistic ambience doesn’t end at its location: created by fashion designer Antonio Miró, this hideaway is a treat for the eyes, with high-end fittings and over 40 works of striking contemporary art throughout.

    Dining

Breakfast at Hotel Miro is simple but wholesome – the 'Brown Bread Bag' offers a couple of different freshly baked breads with jam and butter.

While lunch and dinner are not available, a treasure trove of Basque restaurants and cafes are clustered around the area. For a refreshing beverage or warming brew, the hotel’s bar serves coffee, tea and soft drinks.
