Why so chic?
Why travel experts chose this hotel
Only when you book with Chic
A hotel with a designer name tag, Patrick Hellmann Schlosshotel is all glitz and glam. Designed by celebrated fashion designer Patrick Hellmann, the boutique hotel is a treasure trove of extravagant light fittings, monotone photographs and shiny sculptures - it’s no surprise that it’s a popular haunt of celebrities around the globe.
Perhaps our favourite part of this Chic Retreat however is the tranquility of the place. Surrounded by lush gardens, it’s hard to believe that you’re only 10-minutes from the Ku’Damm - what better place to unwind after a day in the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Breakfast is served in Le Jardin, which overlooks the garden. For dinner, head to the hotel restaurant for a range of international dishes in an elegant setting. Fancy an evening tipple? In true 1920s style, the GQ bar serves up a range of handcrafted cocktails in addition to a range of cigars.
Rooms come in all shapes and forms - some with black and white colour schemes, some laiden with artwork and others with traditional dark woods and intricately carved furnishings. Some rooms have been designed by Mr Patrick Hellmann himself, and all are beautifully done. It’s worth noting that couple of the rooms have bathtubs in the room or open plan bathrooms, so may not be ideal for the more discreet among us.
You’ll be sure to return home relaxed and recharged after a stay here. Whether you’re enjoying one of the range of massages and treatments available in the spa, taking a turn in the sauna or dipping into the hot tub, you can be sure to get some serious TLC. There’s even a pool and gym - great if you’re looking to stay fit during your travels.
Make sure to leave room in your suitcase; you’re in a great location for shopping here, with the huge KaDeWe department store and shop-lined Kurfürstendamm, just a stroll away.
