The Roseate Villa is the perfect example of townhouse elegance spread across two Victorian houses. Sitting right beside the beautiful Henrietta Park and just 5 minutes from the centre of Bath, this boutique hotel is the ideal base for a city break.
The luxury Hypnos beds will have you sleeping soundly and the generous breakfast menu will set you up each morning for the day ahead. Combine this with a professional and friendly team of staff and you've got the recipe for a wonderfully relaxing mid-week or weekend escape.
Breakfast is in the Henrietta dining room where you'll be offered Buck's Fizz or freshly squeezed juice. The breads and jams are homemade, and the buffet consists of fruit, yoghurt and pastries. There's also a kitchen menu to choose from, featuring delights such as the Full English, egg made to order any way you desire, and pancakes with fruit or syrup. If you'd prefer to eat in the comfort of your room, that's fine too.
The hotel offers a top British Afternoon Tea with dainty sandwiches, light and fluffy scones, and French pastries; prosecco is an optional extra. And the bar area is a lovely spot for a light bite, brunch, or a cocktail or two.
Being so close to the centre of Bath, there are tons of fantastic restaurants to choose check out, from the Michelin-starred Olive Tree and fine dining at The Dower House to posh fish and chips at The Scallop Shell and tapas at Same Same but Different.
The 21 contemporary bedrooms are decorated with pops of colour, and have en-suites that are monochrome and fresh. Some have feature walls of patterned wallpaper, and depending on your choice, you may have views over Henrietta Park or out to the garden.
The opulent and spacious Hideaway suite is ideal for families, boasting a sitting area and plenty of space for extra beds if required.
Some room categories allow a dog, and special 'woof' boxes are provided with treats and a tennis ball.
The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the city centre but is tucked away down a quiet residential street, giving you the best of both worlds. Henrietta Park is just over the road and a lovely spot to spend a warm afternoon picnicking after taking in the city sights such as the Pulteney Bridge, the Royal Crescent, and the unmissable Roman Baths.
The Roseate Villa Bath has a selected category of rooms for you and your canine companion. However we request you to please notify our reservations team before your book if you wish to bring your dog along as as supplement will apply.
