Why so chic?

Only when you book with Chic
The Hotel Pulitzer is without doubt one of Barcelona’s coolest places to stay. From the spacious yet surprisingly cosy rooftop cocktail bar to the sleek and stylish rooms, there's an undeniably luxe feel to the place.
There’s little pretence here: the Chic Retreat has a great atmosphere driven by incredibly attentive staff and buzzing public areas. Sitting in the centre of Barcelona, you couldn’t ask for a better location either, with the Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia near enough on your doorstep.
Breakfast is not skimped on here: tuck into a continental spread of cheeses, meats and fresh breads, alongside tasty fruit juices and hot drinks – served until midday on weekends.
Lunch and dinner are served in the hotel restaurant on the glass-roofed terrace, where you can sample Mediterranean fare made using seasonal, locally-sourced produce. The Lobby Bar also offers a selection of drinks and light snacks.
On weekends, head to The Pulitzer Vermut up on the roof, where you’ll find a DJ, drinks and excellent tapas (open in the summer months).
Rooms are reasonably sized considering the central location, complete with polished wood floors, chic and stylish furnishings and dark-tiled bathrooms. The pricier rooms offer a fair bit more space in addition to comfy chesterfield sofas.
Guests can get access to Holmes Place Fitness Centre just a few minutes' from the hotel (extra charge applies). Here you can put yourself through your paces at the gym, practice your strokes in the pool, or simply relax in the sauna and jacuzzi.
Back at the hotel, treat yourself to an in-room massage, which can be arranged on request. Cyclists will also be happy to know that Brompton Bicycles can be hired from the hotel.
