Functional, stylish and well-located are the three pillars of a good city centre boutique and the Hotel Denit has a full-house. The design is sleek and simple and you’ll have all the amenities you’ll need as you pop in and out, exploring the city.
Down a quiet street but just a few blocks from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya this is a great value stop-off for adventuring around Barcelona.
A good breakfast is served each morning.
There is no restaurant on site but you are spoilt for choice nearby. Tapas 24 on Carrer de la Diputació (a 10-minute walk away) is particularly good.
The 36 rooms are definitely on the small size with cheaper options offering large singles rather than double beds, so we'd recommend upgrading to Superior if you're travelling as two. It's also worth noting that bathrooms are quite open-plan, to make the most of space.
Located in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, close to La Ramblas and Plaza de Catalunya, Hotel Denit is a great jump-off point for a weekend in Barcelona. Gaudi's Casa Milà is a 15-minute walk away and Barceloneta Beach is a 25-minute walk in the other direction. The charming staff will be happy to help guide your wanderings.
