Sandima 37 Hotel Bodrum is a small luxury hotel overlooking Yalikavak bay in Bodrum, famed for its beautiful beaches, stunning natural surroundings, vibrant towns and yachting. Far enough away from the town centre to enjoy the tranquility of a country hideaway, yet just 5 minutes from Yalikavak's sandy coastline, fish restaurants and markets this chic retreat is a real all-rounder. There are 6 stylish contemporary suites, all spacious and luxuriously-appointed and the Stone House cottage, which is traditionally decorated with intricate carved-wooden fittings and original wood beams throughout. Perfect for a romantic break or a family holiday, this boutique bolthole offers great service along with privacy and independence, as all have kitchenettes or kitchens. However, if all you want to do is sit back and relax, try the Sandima chef's delicious local cuisine. Out in the pretty gardens, guests can enjoy the breathtaking views from the large outdoor pool.

Accommodation

There are 6 luxury suites and one cottage at Sandima 37 Hotel Bodrum, each coupling stylish design with the ultimate in comfort. The suites are contemporary in style, with alluring natural colour schemes, from the golds & browns of the spacious Garden Suite to the romantic jade greens of the Honeymoon Suite. All of the rooms have comfortable living room areas and large French beds (2 in the Family Suite) and guests can enjoy the sunshine out on their own private terraces. The fully-equipped kitchens can be used in the winter season with tables on the terraces for dining al fresco. The Executive and Honeymoon suites have Jacuzzi shower rooms while the Junior, Family and Garden suites have showers in the beautifully-tiled bathrooms. All suites have flat screen TVs & DVD players, WiFi, Turkish cotton bed sheets, luxury bath products, towels, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers.

Equally as gorgeous, but traditional in style, the Stone House cottage is a well-preserved stand-alone suite providing a real home-from-home environment. Dark woods, beamed ceilings, authentic native artwork and objet d'art and soft comfortable furnishings create a homely natural ambience, perfect for a romantic holiday. Sit out on the porch and enjoy the views or enjoy the best in modern luxuries with your own home theatre system, large flat screen TV, DVD player and Jacuzzi. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen (which can be used in winter) which has a traditional stone oven and there is a washing machine included although a laundry service is also available.

Activities

After a relaxing morning by the outdoor swimming pool, guests can take the 5 minute trip down to Yalikavak's gorgeous beaches for a day of scuba diving, surfing, sailing & sunbathing. The area is great for yachting so explore the peninsula by boat before returning to Port Bodrum Yalikavak Marina, a fashionable highlight of the Turkish Riviera. Your knowledgeable hosts can recommend & arrange trips to the best local beaches or wherever takes your fancy. To explore inland, try horse riding or blow off some steam with a game of tennis just 800 m away or a round of golf at the course 6 km from the Suites (with a free shuttle to both). After a rejuvenating day in the sun, arrange a pampering massage at one of the nearby Turkish baths.

Dining

The chef at Sandima 37 Hotel Bodrum creates some delightful local cuisine incorporating Turkish olive oil, fresh vegetables, a selection of salads & the special Sandima Steak, all à la carte, and a wonderful village-style breakfast served by the pool area or on your private terrace on request. There are a variety of great fish, Aegean and Mediterranean restaurants nearby or if you want to cook for yourself, pick up some fresh produce from the spectacular Yalikavak and Turgutreis markets.

Rates

Rates at Sandima 37 Hotel Bodrum are per room per night and include breakfast and all additional taxes. An extra bed for a child or a cot can be provided. A private transfer from the airport can be arranged at EUR 60 each way.
