About this Chic Retreat

Crab & Lobster has been newly refurbished and decorated by Janet and Sam Bakose, the current owners, creating one of the most gorgeous luxury inns in West Sussex. The renovation of Crab & Lobster has created a blend of old & new with a very informal and relaxed atmosphere. A great choice for a romantic weekend away or a relaxing mid-week break.

Accommodation

Comfort is the focus of the stylish bedrooms with all of them painted in soft, soothing shades. The deluxe rooms enjoy charming views across the fields and coastline and if your eye sight isn't quite what it used to be a telescope and pair of binoculars are provided! Next to Crab & Lobster is the stunning new Crab Cottage which has 2 double bedrooms furnished to the same high standard as the main house. There is also a cosy sitting room and fully fitted kitchen should you wish to be independent.

Activities

Crab & Lobster is ideally located for those wishing to enjoy Glorious Goodwood from the 27th July to the 1st August as well as the Festival of Speed from the 3rd to the 5th July. The city of Chichester is only a short drive away for those looking for a little culture during their stay.

Dining

Selsey fishermen, West Sussex farmers and local ice-cream are all on the appetising menu at Crab & Lobster. The emphasis is on fresh fish, specialising of course in Crab and Lobster!
