About this Chic Retreat

Charming House Iqs represents the newest slant on contemporary accommodation in Venice. A gothic palazzo has been transformed into a small luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Campo S. Marco overlooking Rio Santa Maria Formosa. Guests can hop off straight from the canal through the glass doors into the house.

Accommodation

The 4 elegant and luxurious suites have been created to ensure that guests will feel very much at home. Warm, daring colours have been used and the space has been used to maximum effect. The products are presented in extravagantly large tubes and bottles and have the exotic fragrance of fig extract. The soft drinks are complimentary as are the daily printout of international papers, the capuccino machine, WIFIand elegant vanity courtesy box.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:     1. cancelling 72 hours before noon of the date of arrival: no charge. 2. cancelling within 72 hours from noon of the day of arrival: penalty 100 % of the stay.No Show: 100% of the stay.In case of anticipated departure, we charge 100% of the remaining stay. 

Deposit/group policy:For bookings of 5 nights or more (or for groups - two rooms or more) we charge 30% deposit on the card given by the client. The booking can be cancelled one week (seven days) before noon of the date of arrival. In this case we will refund the deposit. If the booking is cancelled within the seven days before noon of the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded. Penalty 100 % of the stay for cancellations within 24 hours from noon of the day of arrival.
