About this Chic Retreat
Three words best describe Locanda Palazzone; light, space and views, all of which are quite dazzling. The sitting room and entrance at this relatively unknown boutique hotel are dominated by high ceilings and light flooding through the large glass windows onto the unspoilt garden. The owners had to renovate the structure from scratch and have managed to keep many of the original features throughout giving an authentic feel to the contemporary spaces.
Accommodation
The owners take great pride in providing the warmest of welcomes at Locanda Palazzone. The stunning rooms and suites all have amazing views across the open countryside. Suite number 7 (great for families) has two levels and 2 bedrooms with views across to Orvieto and the hills and vineyards beyond. All of the 7 rooms are beautiful, spacious & contemporary with large glass windows.
Activities
The pretty swimming pool is set behind the house, ensuring privacy for guests with views of the countryside. Locanda Palazzone creates its own wine and is surrounded by the Estates vineyards. Guests can enjoy a tour of the wine cellar followed by wine tastings. Orvieto is a few minutes by car and is one of Umbria's prettiest towns.

Supper at Locanda Palazzone is served on request every day excepted Thursday and Sunday in the enoteca (wine bar), or in the garden
Rates
Rates at Locanda Palazzone are per room per night and include taxes. The breakfast is on request at EUR 8 per person (free of charge under 9 years old). Dinner is EUR 43 per person and EUR 26 per child under 9 years old. In summer, lunch is priced at EUR 25 per person. Additional beds are sometimes available at EUR 50 per night. Low season rates apply from 10 January until 15 May and from 1st October until 20 December. For all other dates, the lower rates apply for stays of 4+ nights.
