About this Chic Retreat
Duplex 18 is a stylish boutique apartment in the White City, Tel Aviv. Situated on the top 2 floors of a 1937 Bauhaus structure, this luxury homestay offers panoramic views of the city, and inside, all has been carefully conceived. Designed by Baranowitz-Kronenberg Architects, one of the cities leading firms, the sleek white interiors and wooden floors act as a simple backdrop to creative pieces from Jasper Morrison, Patricia Urquiola and Flos, among others. Everything is designed with comfortable living in mind with a state-of-the-art kitchen and high-quality furnishings throughout. Step right outside to Tel Aviv's vibrant Bauhaus quarter where chic cafes, restaurants, galleries & boutiques line the streets or watch the world go by from the rooftop terrace.
Accommodation
Duplex 18's design-led furnishings lend a clean, sleek ambience to the building where bold colours stand out against the all-white walls and dark wooden flooring. The master & children's bedrooms are on the ground floor along with the master bathroom, office complete with library & fax/printer/scanner, and living room which has a balcony looking out to the street below. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen has a hi-tech central cooking & dining island leading into the cosy living room and second bathroom, and for dining al fresco, there is a dinner table out on the rooftop with wonderful views of the city. There's also a fully-stocked wine fridge.
There are 2 plasma TVs, one in the kitchen & one in the downstairs lounge. The top floor offers spectacular views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a light-filled haven for cooking & dining. The master bedroom is has a sleek contemporary style and all-in-white colour scheme and the stylish children's room has a single bed.
Activities
Lev Tel Aviv - the heart of the city - has a multitude of cool hang-outs with cafes and bars lining Ahad Haam Street, where this luxury apartment is situated, and the surrounding streets of Montefiore, Nahmani and Balfour. Wander the streets to take in the mix of old & new architecture prevalent in the area before heading to Carmel market, the largest market in the centre selling food & clothes or Nahalat Binyamin's twice weekly crafts market.
The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk through the artsy Neve Zedek neighbourhood. Golfers can make the 40-minute trip to Caesarea and Duplex 18 can make all arrangements for golf trips as well as tennis which is 10 minutes from the property.
Dining
Duplex 18 has a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private chef can be arranged on request. With so many restaurants in the area, guests will be spoilt for choice when eating out.
Rates
Rates at Duplex 18 are for the whole apartment per night. High season rates apply during high holidays. Concierge services are available on request. There is a 7 night minimum stay. 16.5% VAT for Israeli residents.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation will be accepted up to one month prior to the date of arrival. 30% of the full price will be charged if the cancellation is notified between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival; 70% of the full price will be charged if the cancellation is notified between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival. The full price of the reservation will be charged one week before arrival and no refund will be issued if a cancellation is made 7 days prior to arrival. The full price of the booking will be charged in case of early departure.
