About this Chic Retreat
Casa Colombo is an inspirational luxury boutique hotel which sits down a private lane, off Galle Road, in the city of Colombo, Sri Lanka. After a no-expense-spared restoration this 200-year-old mansion has been transformed into an utterly sumptuous city chic retreat. Casa Colombo is a bespoke hotel where everything from the furniture to the baths has been custom-made under the creative direction of the talented owner Lalin Jinasena. The Moorish architecture has been preserved and the original charm is still intact, including traditional mosaic floors, add to this state-of-the-art technology and contemporary design and Casa Colombo is a luxury hotel that is hard to beat.
Accommodation
The 12 high-ceiling suites at Casa Colombo are lavish, spacious & indulgent each one with its own living room. Individual computers are provided in each suite along with WIFI, Apple DVD and intuitive lighting. As with everything else in this boutique hotel, the cotton bed linen is luxurious & bespoke in silver & black and the bathrooms are either huge or have a beautiful design element. If music is your thing, choose from 6 different types including Jazz, Chill-out or Club.
Activities
Have you ever swum in a pink mosaic pool? Now's your chance - another unconventional but beautiful element to this luxury hotel and glass & polished concrete day beds with tune selectors come as standard. If you are longing to be by a beach, Casa Colombo has a private stretch on the nearby Mt Lavinia Beach.

Casa Colombo offers a great selection of restaurants & bars allowing guests to choose from Tapas or Asian during their stay. Try the hotel's delicious signature Casa Nova cocktail. Should you have the time to go out into the city, Colombo's own selection of restaurants are just a few minutes away.
Rates
All rates at Casa Colombo are per night on Bed & Breakfast basis for a maximum of two adults and are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% VAT and 1% Government tax. A Christmas surcharge is applicable.
