About this Chic Retreat
Spectacular views, delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere make Hotel La Fuente de la Higuera a haven of peace and tranquillity. This country house hotel is close to the natural park 'Sierra de las Nieves' and just 10 minutes drive from Ronda. Hotel La Fuente de la Higuera is open all year round with each season offering a different experience. During the Summer guests can relax under the acacia tree or sunbath by the pool, whilst in the Winter months they can enjoy cosy fires and refreshing walks.
Accommodation
Each of the 11 suites has its own distinctive character and style. Original paintings and furniture fill the rooms, most of which have wooden floor boards creating a real feeling of space and light. There are open fireplaces in most of the rooms and all of them are en-suite. Some rooms (9, 10 and 11) have a sitting room and all rooms have either a garden or terrace. Room number 7 is a double suite for 4 people to share with two twin bedrooms and sitting room. Please note that the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Activities
The sitting room is where the honesty bar is and there is also a library which is open all day. The pretty swimming pool is in the subtropical garden and there is some shade for those who need a break from the sun!
Dining
The restaurant offers a daily changing menu and is open for lunch and dinner. The dishes are focused on the freshest ingredients available on the day and have a Mediterranean flavour. The meat is organic and most of the fruit and vegetables are grown on the estate.
Rates
Rates at Hotel La Fuente de la Higuera are per room per night including breakfast. Plus 7% local tax. Minimum 2 night stay. Cot or small extra bed 25 euro. Hotel La Fuente de la Higuera will be closed for renovation between the 17th November 2010 and the 7th February 2011, but bookings can still be made at The Lodge Ronda.

To confirm a booking at Fuente de la Higuera we require a 25% non-refundable payment. Should you cancel less than seven calendar days prior to arrival we will charge the whole amount of the booking.
