Fountainhead Hotel is a small private chic retreat set in beautiful Andalucian countryside, just 40 minutes from Malaga airport. Fountainhead in Spain is a hip hotel in a very private haven in one of the coolest places in the sun. Here life is as it should be simple, wild and beautiful. The aim at Fountainhead Hotel is to provide clients with an experience close to nature that enriches the body and soul. Forget the technology for a while there are no screens or phones, no newspapers or plug-in points. There is a kitchen where you can rustle up your own breakfast when and how you like and a room with a view. Awake to find fresh bread and pastries at your door. Dinner can be taken in the romantic restaurant, and guests can enjoy a pre-dinner treatment in the spa.
Accommodation
This all-suite boutique hotel moves away from the minimalist and slick to that of an eccentric and striking mix of film set, rustic charm and luxurious glamour. Each suite has a king size bedroom, en-suite bathroom, dining area with cooking facilities, living area and fireplace. Outside, each of the 4 suites has its own private terrace/ garden and plunge pool. The Sultan Suite is gated and is the best for families with children.
Activities
With one of the best climates in the world Andalucia is an easy and great place to travel to all year round. Visit Fountainhead Hotel to simply escape the pressures of the working week to honeymoon weekend or to rekindle or rejuvenate. Combine a relaxing weekend with a visit to Andalucias' cultural gems. Such as the Alhambra (Granada), the Mezquita (Cordoba), Sevilla, Ronda and of course the Picasso museum (Malaga) are all within an easy drive of Fountainhead Hotel. If a ride on the beach, a mountain hike or golfing are more your cup of tea then they too can be easily arranged. To really unwind, take a treatment in the Fountainhead Spa, from a dead sea salt spa bath to a relaxing massage.
Dining
Fountainhead boutique hotel is well known for its intimate restaurant. This is award-winning cooking that is modern and healthy, serving dishes with plenty of Spanish influences that don't disappoint. The surrounding hillsides around Fountainhead Hotel are naturally organic. We harvest our olive and almond crops, use our own olive oil and grow lots of produce. This is a food lover's paradise and the harvests of Andalucia are naturally reflected in the restaurant's menu - their taste alone is simply better. The restaurant has a private dining room, lounge bar and open courtyard. It also provides a traiteur menu and bar service for 'in suite' dining.
Rates
Fountainhead Hotel is open from February through to November. The rates are per suite for two people per night and include a fabulously stocked fridge for breakfast. The rates exclude dinner and 7% local tax.

- Distance from Airport: 40 minutes.
- Additional Info: For children the Arizona is the best suite as it has an extra small bedroom and shower room. The room can sleep one older child or up to two little ones. There is no extra cost for this.
