The 32 individually-styled rooms & suites are spread between the Main House, the Coach House, the Stable Block where the family rooms are situated, the Lodge and the Walled Garden by the spa. All of the rooms are large so no disappointments concerning space and interiors feature plump seating, large Georgian windows, wooden flooring in some, chandeliers & four posters in others and original wood beams in the attic rooms. All rooms have Sony LCD TVs with DVD players and WiFi access. In most of the bathrooms there are stand-alone baths (although some sit in the bedrooms themselves) and large rain showers and there is a range of delicious Cowshed bath products.

For larger groups or families, the two-storey Lodge is ideal, with 3 bedrooms including a double, a bunk and a double/twin room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table that seats 8, a sitting room with open-fireplace and 2 bathrooms. Room service is also available here so guests can decide just how independent they wish to be. The Lodge is set at the top of the driveway, a 6-minute walk from the main house. The Stable Block has 2-level family rooms each with a large bedroom, bunk room for the kids, a large tiled bathroom, wet room and separate toilet, a cosy sitting room and an outdoor terrace. In addition, the rooms have a lot of extras including baby products, a microwave and a small roll-top bath.

For those who really want to be pampered, check-in to the Walled Garden Rooms which are next door to the Cowshed Relax spa. With the addition of private treatment facilities, steam rooms and outdoor space with soaking tubs for 2, this is made for those who want a weekend of pure indulgence. The king of all the Babington rooms is The Playroom on the 1st floor of the Main House. It is the largest of the Main House rooms at over 65 sqm and has spectacular views of the parks & lake. The bathtub is big enough for 2 and in addition to the walk-in shower there is a powder room. The huge four-poster bed has a white canopy and the chandelier, chaise lounge and other furnishings lend the room a sense of elegance. Enjoy use of the Playroom complimentary bar.
