There are 14 individually-styled bedrooms, including 3 luxury suites to choose from, with a range of styles:Feature, Courtyard and House. Front-facing rooms in the original farmhouse building have panoramic views of the loch and mountains, and the courtyard rooms have views of the mountains and farm, and have fires and underfloor heating for a cosy night relaxing indoors. Two of the luxury suites have their own steam rooms and there are a variety of luxurious baths in the en-suite bathrooms including slipper baths and room 12's free-standing Italian stone tub. All bathrooms are kitted out with scrumptious organic Sedbergh Soap toiletries, and most have bathrobes and slippers.

Rooms come with king size, double or twin beds and all rooms have TVs, while most have an LCD TV & DVD player. Natural materials such as slate, wood and stone work well with the contemporary furnishings and many of the rooms have spacious living areas with comfortable sofas to sink into.
