Crossing Condotti is just 50 metres from the Spanish Steps, making it one of the most centrally located boutique guest house in Rome. This chic townhouse is one of understated luxury, elegantly decorated and beautifully serviced.

Accommodation

The 5 rooms in this charming townhouse are enchanting; silk curtains, antique paintings and furniture from the owners private collection and fresh flowers can be found in each of the luxury rooms. Every room is equipped with a courtesy tray with all the necessairy to prepare hot drinks such as coffee, tea, cappuccino and hot chocolate as well as snacks. A kitchenette, at Guests complete disposal, is provided with Nespresso coffee machine, ice-machine and refrigerator to offer free soft drinks throughout the day.

Activities

Within a 5 minute walk of Crossing Condotti is the Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza del Popolo and of course the famous shopping streets of Rome. A member of the delightful multilingual staff can help organise shopping trips or museum visits.

  • Reservations cancelled from 15  to 7 days before scheduled arrival: the 50% of your total amount will be charged.
  • Reservations canceled after 7 days: the 90% of the total amount will be charged.
