About this Chic Retreat
Babuino 181 is a new boutique hotel in the heart of historic Rome. The newest of the Rome Luxury Suites collection, this little gem is set to open in February 2010 and is sure to be one of the top chic retreats in the city. The 14 luxury suites are decorated in the trademark Rome Luxury Suites style, a rich mix of contemporary luxury and Italian elegance. Located a short walk from the Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps, the city is at your fingertips, and from May 2010, guests can watch the city go by from the roof-top terrace bar. These spacious suites, many of which can be connected, are perfect for romantic couples, groups or families.

Accommodation
The 14 suites of Babuino 181 offer the best in contemporary luxuries. Detailing is calm and unfussy, with a demure palette of beige, navy, green, gold and light wood. All rooms come with flat screen TVs, iPod docking stations, intelligent climate control, complimentary WiFi, Nespresso coffee machines, mini-bars, Italian bath products and Frette robes & slippers. The king-size beds have pure silk filled duvets by Bianco Seta fitted with Frette sheets and guests can choose their bedding from the pillow menu. The marble bathrooms have large baths finished with mosaics and marble and all but the Double Superior rooms have separate showers.
The Babuino Suite is the largest at 62 sqm and the living room has a dining area and kitchenette. There are 2 bathrooms, a master bathroom and a second powder room for guests. It can accommodate up to 3 guests and can be connected to a Double Deluxe room making this top-floor suite the perfect option for families and groups. The spacious balcony offers guests a private space from which to watch the streets of Rome.
Activities
This luxury hotel is located in the centre of historic Rome, the perfect place from which to explore the Spanish Steps, the Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese. Via Babuino itself has some great shops so you needn't go far to pick up some souvenirs or designer treats.
Dining
Guests can order a Continental, American and Children's breakfast, and when the roof-top terrace opens, there will be a dining area looking over the city.

Cancellations made up to 2 days prior to arrival will not be charged a fee. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the first night.
