Nothing beats food cooked by a 'Mama'! Mama Rosa is in charge of the kitchen at this unique boutique hotel. She specialises in home-made pastries and good home food. Some of our favourites include fresh kingcrab from the fjords and exquisite beef from the local pampas.
Wood is the predominant material used throughout all of the 29 rooms. Many of the baths are strategically placed in front of large windows giving guests unforgettable & mesmerising views. Twenty three of the rooms face the Fjord of 'Last Hope' and Glaciers Balmaceda and 5 face the Dorotea Sierra. The one suite has its own fireplace and hot tub overlooking the Fjord. The rooms all have a cosy and intimate feel to them creating a clever contrast with the surrounding nature and vastness of the public areas.
Rates are per room per night including breakfast buffet and access to the spa and do not include taxes. Children are accepted at an additional USD 40 for an extra bed in the Dorotea room and Suite. Children under 5 years can share with adults in a room free of charge.
