Serengeti Migration Camp is a luxurious lodge situated right on the path of the migration which has been coined as the 8th wonder of the world. Accommodation
The 20 elevated canvas pavillions in Serengeti Migration Camp, each a spacious 45 sqm, are a perfect example of old-world style fused with contemporary luxury, appealing to the most discerning traveller.
Each intimate tent is beautifully appointed with rich furnishings, hard wood floors and a spacious double his and her bathroom vanity, complete with over-sized shower head supplied with piping hot solar heated water 24 hours a day. The private deck with 180 degree views of the Serengeti in all her glory, is a perfect retreat to start and end your day sipping the beverage of your choice.
Activities
Serengeti Migration Camp is at the start of the longest and largest overland migration in the world and with such a vast variety of different species in the area, the safari's through the national park will bring guests face to face with lions, zebras, buffalos, blue willderbeests, gazelles and a diverse range of habitats from swamps to woodlands and vast grass plains. The guides are brimming with knowledge on the wildlife and a trip to the Serengeti Migration Camp will interest as much as excite. Guests may find a curious giraffe wandering around the camp and hear the hippos feeding from their watering hole nearby.
The Grumeti River is a great place for a long walk and day game drives can be arranged as well as bird watching and migration viewing. To take in the vastness of the landscape a balloon safari is a great idea. There is an open-air swimming pool, decking and split-level lounge with views of the Ndasiata Hills and the river.
Dining
The Serengeti Migration Camp restaurant serves up a mouthwatering menu using locally-sourced produce as much as possible. A romantic dinner can be taken overlooking the Grumeti River.
Rates
Rates at Serengeti Migration Camp are per room per night. The Game package includes all meals, drinks, transfers from airstrips, laundry, daytime game drives, bush walks, night game drive, experienced driver guides to accompany all drives & walks. They do not include park fees and extras. Full board rates include all meals, drinks and laundry (excluding certain alcohols) and do not include park fees and extras. Multi camp itineraries and group rates are available on request. Children aged 3-12 are charged 50% of the rate (as charged per person) if sharing and 75% if occupying their own room. On December 24, 25, 31 and Jan 1 a supplement of USD 50 is required. On April 2nd-5th a supplement of USD 40 is required. 3rd Bed can be added at additional cost.

Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled or reduced between 90-45 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the rate per night. Bookings cancelled or reduced between 45-22 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the rate per night. Bookings cancelled or reduced between 21 days or less prior to arrival or no shows will be charged 100% of the rate per night.
