About this Chic Retreat

Elisabet and Carles have created a modern boutique hotel in this beautifully converted old farmhouse at the foothills of the Pyrenees. There is a welcoming sitting room for guests which has an open fire and there are stunning views from the terrace outside. Children are warmly welcomed and babysitting and other services can be easily arranged.

Accommodation

The rooms are bright and modern - each one has been named and decorated after a different flower and all are en-suite. The rooms are in two buildings - most of them in the main house. The owners are particular about attention to detail and offer small, personal surprises such as preparing flower petal baths for guests.

Activities

The new spa is divine and includes an indoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel also has a lovely outdoor pool, small gym and hammocks in the garden. There is a terrace which is used in the Summer for breakfast, coffees and afternoon teas. Massages can be arranged and an outdoor jacuzzi is in the process of being added.

Dining

The sign of a good Spanish restaurant is when the Spanish themselves eat there. At Hotel Urbisol you will undoubtedly meet many Spaniards as it is one of the best restaurants in the area.
