About this Chic Retreat

The original features and style of this former coaching inn were retained and enhanced during the recent renovations. This small charming hotel is light and spacious with natural materials used wherever possible; lime, teracotta, timber, linens and cottons. Le Perche is an area in France famous for its many antique shops and markets and most of the furnishings of Villa Fol Avril are from the area.

Accommodation

Light and space is the emphasis throughout Villa Fol Avril and this is no more apparent than in the 9 rooms. Exposed beams, antiques and pretty bedcovers commissioned by Maison Fassier enhance their charm. The en-suite bathrooms continue the fresh feel, many with double basins and all with exclusive Damana products. All of the bathrooms (except room 4) have separate loos. Rooms 7, 3 and 8 are the largest rooms - room 7 has a double in the main room and twin beds making it ideal for families..and rooms 3 and 8 are both junior suites with sofa beds.

Activities

Within the walled gardens of Villa Fol Avril the heated swimming pool has stunning views of the Corbionne Valley. Located in the centre of Moutiers au Perche, an old hillside village, Villa Fol Avril has access to many walking trails and there are some pretty Roman churches nearby. Horse riding is a passion of the owner, Sandrine, who can arrange trekking for you. Babysitting and monitors can be arranged.

Dining

Delicious, fresh and light. The food at Villa Fol Avril has something for everyone from home-grown salads, to the freshest fish. During the Summer months eating on the terrace is a must. The dining room is only open Thursday to Saturday during the Winter months.

Rates

Rates are per room per night. Children under 5 are free. Breakfast is 9 euro per person. Half board rates start from 27 euro per adult on weekdays and 37 euro per adult on weekends.

To confirm booking please provide us your Visa or MasterCard details : 1° Card Number, 2° Expiration date, 3° Full name 4° Last three digits of the backside number of your card. For any cancellations less than four weeks prior to arrival, 25% of the total will be charged to your credit card. In the event of no shows or premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
