There are 22 spacious, fully furnished self catering apartments and studios in Anniska - and 24 in Liakoto all with kitchenettes, private balconies and air-conditioning. The rooms in Anniska are spread out over 3 buildings, which gives the place a spacious yet intimate feel; all have sea or mountain views (with 3 sea front rooms). In Liakoto, all the rooms (apart from 2) have absolute sea front views; there is also a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse suite with absolute sea front views over the Messinian Bay and a private terrace at the back of the apartment, offering stunning views of the Taygetos mountain range.

Two years ago, Anniska's room were completely refurbished as well as its terrace bar and lounge area. Wrought iron, dark wood, light walls, crisp linens and woven fabrics give the rooms a calm, airy ambience. Twin or double Coco-Mat orthosomatic beds and air-conditioning ensure a deep sleep for all. Anniska and Likaoto en-suite showers are equipped with towels, bathrobes and spoiling Korres bath products. Studios are perfect for couples, while apartments are perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The Penthouse Suite in Liakoto has 2 bedrooms with a combination of twin and double beds and 2 en-suite bathrooms, great for friends sharing or families. All rooms have TVs and telephones; Anniska's rooms have DVD players and there is a collection of over 500 DVDs for guests to use, free of charge.
