About this Chic Retreat
The courtyard at Talaa 12 one of Marrkech's newest riads is a magnificent space with palm and orange trees surrounding the courtyard fountain. The aromatic garden fills the air with wonderful smells & aromas as you brush past the flowers and herbs. It is easy to find your own private spot to read a book or have a romantic moment at Talaa 12 as there are many open lounges or b'hous with cosy fireplaces. The owner Philippe and host Younes make your stay in Marrakech a very personal one and have made sure that your experience at Talaa 12 is better than a top-quality hotel.
Accommodation
Air-conditioning is a must in Marrakech during the warmer months and Talaa 12 have it installed in all of the 8 spacious guest rooms. Complimentary WIFI is available to all guests. Traditional architecture blends with a contemporary no-frills style. So calm and tranquil are the interiors there is the feeling that Farrow & Ball have worked their magic!
Activities
No riad would be complete without a rooftop terrace across the city and the Atlas Mountains beyond. The terrace at Talaa 12 has 360 degree views taking in the souks and the museum of Marrakech. Talaa 12 has a massage area and a traditional hammam where guests can relax and enjoy this ancient ritual. For those looking to enjoy some shopping, Talaa 12 is 5 minutes walk from the souks.

A "table d'hôtes" is offered to guests in the evening and light lunches are served on request. There are many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of Talaa 12 - the owners have their favourites and are more than happy to recommend them to you or make a reservation.

Rates at Talaa 12 are per room per night and include breakfast. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Children under 6 stay free.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations 30-21 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total cost. Cancellations 21-11 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations 10-0 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
