About this Chic Retreat
It is difficult to find better value than Riad Ariha. Understated elegance is the best way to describe this small, charming riad where Zen meets Morocco. The riad is centred around a traditional courtyard and it has a small fountain with the rooms on the ground and first floor. The traditional hammam is on the ground floor and there is a tented pergola on the roof terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the sun and the views across to the Atlas mountains. The sitting room has an open fire and there is WiFi throughout the riad.
Accommodation
Two of the bedrooms at Riad Ariha are on the ground floor and 3 are on the first floor - each have their own en-suite bathroom. There is a separate stairway to the 5th bedroom which has French doors overlooking the courtyard. All of the rooms at Riad Ariha have been beautifully decorated in a simple but chic boutique hotel style. The main colour throughout is white which has been lifted with splashes of colours from sweet smelling roses or locally made cushions and rugs.
Activities
The beauty of Marrakech is that there is something for everyone; shopping, day trips to the Atlas mountains or Essouira, guided tours or just simply sunbathing. There is an outdoor shower on the roof terrace, with 2 sunbeds. Guests can enjoy the fragrance of the jasmine whilst enjoying a fresh mint tea. You can't go to Marrakech without having a Hammam! The qualified masseuse at Riad Ariha uses the essential oils of lavender, lemon tree, thyme, rosemary and eucalyptus to add to the enjoyment and benefit of the treatment. Other beauty treatments can also be arranged.
Dining
Lunch and Dinner can be served by prior arrangement, either in the courtyard or on the roof terrace.
Rates
Rates are per room per night and include breakfast and Moroccan tax. July and August are low season and a 10% discount is given on the rates. Exclusive rental is available. Child beds are available in Jacaranda and Jasmine for children up to 12 years of age, 15 € per night. 10% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Included in the price is free WiFi access and their own individual safety deposit box in the room.

Cancellation policy
21-30 days: 25% of total amount; 15-20 days: 50%; 7-14 days: 75%; 3-6 days: 90%; Less than 3 days: 100%. In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. For the Christmas/New Year period, or bookings for the whole riad, a 50% deposit is required, non-refundable for cancellations less than one month before the reservation date. The full amount is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
