About this Chic Retreat
The Town House is a small private boutique hotel with a central location in the old town, Marbella, in the antique area, close to Plaza de los Naranjos (the orange square). Whilst the Town House is a small chic hotel it is almost like a private town house, with 4 floors, roof terrace and a welcoming bar at the entrance level.
Accommodation
The Town House has 9 rooms, bar for both hotel and external guests, sitting room, breakfast room, roof terrace, some rooms with TV and internet connection. All nine rooms are individually decorated, with a tasteful mixture of antiques and modern design.
Activities
Most of the various beautiful things you see at this boutique hotel all of which have been chosen with care such as candles, pictures, etc. can be bought and taken home with you. The Town House is situated about 300 metres from the beautiful boardwalk in Marbella. There are several beach clubs directly below this chic retreat, including the Beach Club El Fuerte, which belongs to the El Fuerte Hotel. Lounge chairs are available for rent and include towels; rates for one day start at EUR 4.
If you prefer to swim in a pool the closest beach club with a pool is at the five-star Marbella Club Hotel, where lounge chairs, including towel, cost EUR 25 per person and day. It is about a half hour walk from the boardwalk to Marbella Club. When you feel like relaxing in a spa, there is a particularly fine one diagonally across the street, in the Miramar Hotel.
Dining
Enjoy morning coffee or a cool drink at the roof terrace as you admire the stately mountain La Concha. Or take a seat in the bar/lounge at the entrance. There are a number of restaurants in the local area which you can choose from for lunch or dinner.

Rates at The Town House are per room per night and include breakfast and taxes. The hotel requires credit card number and expiry date to reconfirm and guarantee your reservation. Check-in: 2 pm - 11:45 pm Check-out: 9 am - 12 pm.

- 6 to 2 days before date of arrival: 25% of the total room rate
- 48 hours before arrival or later: 100% of the total room rate
