About this Chic Retreat

The old houses are situated around the Llevant Natural Park. The tower dates back to the 16th century and is just a few kilometres from the medieval village of Capdepera and 5 minutes from the centre of Cala Ratjada. This pretty Finca has been extended into the surrounding countryside full of almond, carob and olive trees. The original kitchen and ancient tower have been converted into little corners with comfortable sofas where guests can relax and read a book.

Accommodation

Two of the 12 rooms are family suites with a large double bedroom with 2 adjoining, interconnecting rooms. The rooms have been simply decorated and the result is rustic chic.

Activities

Cases de Son Barbassa is in the perfect position for those looking to play some golf as it is surrounded by some of the best golf courses on the island. Sailing, horse riding, cycling and tennis are all nearby.

Dining

Breakfast at Cases de Son Barbassa is served on the terrace in the open-air amongst the smell of lavender and roses, or in one of the rooms inside should the weather dictate! Guests can also taste some of the products from the Finca. The restaurant is on the terrace, with glass walls allowing guests to enjoy the pretty views. The food is fresh and natural and comes either from the gardens at Cases de Son Barbassa or the local market. The mediterranean menu is imaginative and full of flavour and will satisfy even the most demanding palate.

Rates

Rates at Cases de Son Barbassa are per person per night and include breakfast and VAT. Children under 2 stay free. Children from 2 to 12 receive a 50% discount on an extra bed. Easter week is charged at the high season rate. Dinner is charged at EUR 27.50 per person.
