Tzam Poc Resort, a small boutique hotel is situated 150 Km. from the capital (Guatemala city), the property is located in Santa Catarina Palopo overlooking the beautiful lake Atitlan. Lights, colors, perfumes, green waters confined by a corolla of volcanoes, the voluptuous pleasure of an unknown world, rough and silky. Tzam Poc has a never-ending magic that bewitches the spirit, the emotions that furrow the absolute. Suspended between heaven and earth, amidst flowers and exotic trees,on the cheerful wings of a humming bird, upon the cayucos which glide slowly over the water, Tzam Poc offers all that with a discreet charm and simplicity.

Accommodation

Tzam Poc has 3 different sized villas, in a park, with a wonderful view of the lake, with a swimming-pool, Jacuzzi, solarium, sauna, and small beauty centre. Amidst beautiful fountains and a tropical vegetation guests have the opportunity to meditate and relax in an untouched and peaceful setting. The master villa (600 m2) built in Mediterranean style is composed of a main entrance, dining room, one host bathroom, 2 master bedrooms with private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with one bathroom. A main kitchen and a summer kitchen are present both fully equipped, breakfast can be had on a beautiful terrace adornished by flowers, while 350 m2 of Lakeview terrace surround the villa. Laundry and maids rooms are present. The second villa (150 m2) is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one room with a balcony the other with 50 m2 terrace plus a solarium with shower, all with an amazing lake view, fully equipped kitchen, dining-room, and personal garden. The third villa (80 m2) is composed of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen; a beautiful garden overlooks the lake. Guests can also stay on a Bed & Breakfast basis with the choice of two types of rooms. The deluxe rooms which are double rooms with private terrace and bathroom and the standard rooms which have two single beds and share the terrace and bathroom.

Activities

The jewel of Tzam Poc, is it's magnificent swimming pool, built on the mountain's slope, giving guests the feeling of floating on the lake. Two Mayan heads stone sculptures serve as fountains. In the evening the pool becomes a comfortable chill out area, with a fully equipped bar decorated with volcanic stones, where guests can enjoy a cocktail, listen to music or simply relax. This tropical chill out area is the perfect setting in order to organise all kinds of events. The Tzam Poc Resort Spa is has a Jacuzzi overlooking the lake, a sauna and a solarium. A wide variety of massages are offered by using different products, ranging from exotic oils to volcano extracts. nside the property, there are several activities that can entertain the clients during their stay. The combination of three volcanoes and a big body of water at 1600m above sea level is a powerful setting to inspire and stimulate meditation. All over the property you can find different spots where you can sit and read, in an untouchable and peaceful atmosphere. With the help of an experienced professional guests can master the art of archery, in the hotel's unique archery range. The hotel also offers all different kinds of trips from cultural to leisure events all around Guatemala.
