About this Chic Retreat

Owner Michel had worked in hotels all over the world before he came to Fez in 2000.  His love affair with this bustling city enticed him into buying a Ryad, now Ryad Salama, which took 5 years to painstakingly restore.  Built at the beginning of the last century Ryad Salama is unique with each of the 6 rooms and suites overlooking the garden.

Accommodation

Ryad Salama has 6 rooms and suites, all furnished and decorated to a very high standard.   Ryad Salama uses solar panels to heat the water, and saves energy by using LED bulbs.  A couple of the rooms have king-size beds and Capucine is ideal for friends as it has twin beds.  All of the rooms and suites have en-suite bathrooms.  The Grenadine Suite is opening in 2012 and located on the ground floor has a king size “baldaquin » bed, a salon, a mezzanine with an additional bed, and a reading area. 

Activities

Enjoy a traditional hammam at the end of a day out exploring the city of Fes.  Golf is just 25 minutes away and the thermal baths of Moulay Yacoub are within easy reach.

Dining

Breakfast and dinner is served in the dining room and on warmer days in the garden.  There is a choice of menus for dinner allowing for all different budgets and tastes.
