Gayfield Square Apartment is a luxury boutique apartment in the centre of Edinburgh. Run by Robin Jack, who is the friendly & helpful owner of Ardmor House, this is the answer for those who want a luxury stay but also full independence. The apartment is on the ground floor of a lovingly-restored Georgian house and has its own leafy gardens. Contemporary furnishing and art abound in this stylish pad while traditional elements give the house a charming feel, and with 2 bedrooms it is great for friends or couples.
Accommodation
There are 2 double bedrooms in Gayfield Square Apartment with large king-sized beds and fresh white linen sheets. Furniture is a mixture of contemporary and elegant traditional pieces and the large Georgian windows allow light to pour in. Colour schemes are demure & calming and there is an artistic yet homely feel to the design. The spacious bathroom has a bath and power-shower and one bedroom has its own en-suite shower room so there will be no need for queues outside the bathroom door. All towels, soaps and shampoo are provided.
Activities
Gayfield Square Apartment is just round the corner from Broughton Street, the new social centre of Edinburgh with its fashionable bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes and shops ranging from the best butcher's in the city to a specialist watchmaking tools shop. For shopaholics, just a few minutes away is Princes Street, the main shopping area of Edinburgh.
After a few days exploring everything this vibrant city has on offer, guests can kick back in front of the fireplace with its living flame gas fire in the spacious living room or on sunnier days, sunbathe in the garden. For a cosy night in, there is a flatscreen plasma TV with a huge selection of digital stations and a DVD player. Fitness fanatics can make the most of reduced rate membership to Virgin Active Health Club which also has a sauna and health & beauty centre for a relaxing massage.
Dining
Gayfield Square Apartment is self-catering and avid cooks will not be disappointed by the kitchen with its central island unit, range cooker with double oven and large granite dining table to lay out all that tasty homecooked food. There is also a microwave and fridge/freezer. A welcome hamper full of supplies can be arranged (price on request) so guests can be ready to settle in as soon as they set foot in this stunning apartment. And of course Broughton Street is round the corner for dining out.
Rates
Rates at Gayfield Square Apartment are for the whole apartment and include all taxes. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Single occupancy available on request.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing for a refund to be made. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking. However, if the booking is filled the cancellation fee will be reduced as much as possible.
