About this Chic Retreat
Burggraaf is a luxurious chic retreat for exclusive rental only. This fabulous, luxury retreat is ideal for large parties or family & friends looking for a long or short break and sleeps up to 12 guests (a minimum stay of 3 nights applies). With lofty exposed oak beams, glass walls and a fantastic contemporary fireplace Burggraaf has 6 bedrooms, all with the same quality superking beds that can be "unzipped" to provide 2 single beds and fabulous bedlinen and pillows. All bedrooms are en-suite and have great bathrooms most with baths as well as power showers. Flooring throughout is underfloor-heated stone.
Accommodation
All 6 rooms are beautifully designed with clean lines and contemporary furnishings. Chrome and brushed nickel bathroom fittings give the house a sleek, contemporary look. Again, there is elegant lighting, installed by a top designer. The bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with large baths, Italian chrome taps and great water pressure, allowing you to totally de-stress. With that in mind guests are provided with a complimentary range of Aromatherapy Associates products. Windows look one side on to your own private courtyard, studded with pleached limes and guarded by tall green oak gates. On the other, you can look out for miles across unblemished rolling Dorset downland. Access from two of the bedrooms or the hallway near the kitchen area, lead you out into a private enclosed court yard garden. Complete with outside cedar hot tub this garden is set up for al fresco dining with table and chairs for 12, gas barbecue and patio heaters.
Activities
Burggraaf has a fabulous Roman bath, a cedar hot tub and a large room that can seat up to 24 people. There is a gym, games room, plasma screen with Sky TV and Nintendo Wii and parents needn't worry as there is equipment for toddlers and babies already there. There is a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna and there is a wide variety of treatments available.
Dining
The locally-made kitchen and dining area at Burggraaf is light and airy, with polished stone surfaces and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped to the high standard you would expect of a luxury villa and the beautiful design makes it a pleasure to cook for yourself. Alternatively you can have delicious food made for you by one of several renowned local chefs.

EXCLUSIVE RENTAL ONLY. Rates are for the exclusivity of the property per night sleeping 12 people.
Weekend stays are for 3 nights Fri - Sun
Midweek stays are for 4 nights Mon - Thurs
Week stays are for 7 nights Fri - Thurs
Time of arrival 5pm. Time of departure 10am. * Christmas and New Year rates are available on request. Special rates also apply during Half Term, Christmas and Easter School Holidays and Bank Holidays. Please note that credit cards are not accepted.

Cancellation policy
A Cautionary Deposit of GBP 1000.00 is due with the final balance, 12 weeks prior to tenancy. This sum will be held to cover any losses, damage and additional cleaning charges that may arise if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition. Charges for extra services may be deducted from this deposit in addition to charges that may have to be applied due to any alteration in VAT or other expenses. This deposit less any deductions will be refunded within fourteen days after the tenancy ends.
Non payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and remains liable for payment of the full amount on the same basis as in the event of cancellation, together with all the legal costs of recovering the payment. If the property is re-let, the clients will be refunded the difference between moneys they have paid less the sums receivable from the re-letting after deduction of all costs and expenses incurred by the owner, which shall include a fee of £20 per day booked.
