Accommodation

Thalassa Villas has 6 individually styled villas: 4 'Thalassa Villas', 'The Olives House' & 'The Anemos House'. All are spacious & simple, with clean lines and contemporary furnishings. White, baby blues, greens and light wood are used throughout, creating a tranquil environment and drawing the eye to the beautiful blue sea beyond.

Each of the villas has its own private seawater pool with hydromassage jet, heated in the cooler months, with sun loungers, a shaded patio with day beds and 2 terraces with a BBQ & dining area designed to catch the morning and afternoon sun. All of the 3-bedroom Thalassa Villas sleep up to 5 and have 3 bedrooms and 2 marble bathrooms. The master bathroom has a hydromassage bath and all bathrooms have showers, bathrobes, bath & beach towels & luxury toiletries. The large lounges have open-plan kitchens, fully-equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine & refrigerator.

The Anemos House, which has panoramic views of the bay from the highest spot of all the villas, is also 3-bedroom and includes a hammam, massage cabin for spa treatments and a large walled garden with a covered verandah for dining al fresco. The Olives House, so called from its secluded position amid olive trees, has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 and a massage area next to the pool terrace.

All villas can also include a baby cot and have Satellite TVs, DVD players, CD players, WiFi & air-conditioning.

Activities

Each of the Thalassa Villas has a private seawater pool and stone paths lead down from the villas' private garden terrace to the sea where guests can have a refreshing swim. The Agios Nikolaos resort is just 1.5 km away and St. Nicolas Bay Resort Hotel, which is a 10 minute walk from the villas, offers water sports from windsurfing to sailing and offers waterskiing & monoski lessons. Explore the enticing waters while taking scuba diving lessons or take a day sailing around the bay with a personal skipper & crew.

Guests at Thalassa Villas can make the most of the spa & gym facilities at St. Nicolas Bay Resort which offers a range of Elemis treatments, Turkish steam baths, saunas, and indoor heated pool with hydro jets and a variety of private treatment rooms such as the Aphrodite's Bath, a couples' treatment room right by the sea. Children can spend the day at St. Nicolas Bay's "mini club".

Dining

A continental breakfast is served in the villas, or an American-style buffet breakfast can be enjoyed at the St. Nicolas Bay restaurant. All villas have well-equipped kitchens, and staff are happy to arrange supplies. Alternatively, a private chef can cook in the villa, serving up international & local cuisine and arranging BBQs and there is a Cretan-style room service menu for lunch & dinner. Dining out is easy with some great restaurants close to the hotel. Children's menus are available in most restaurants.

Rates

Rates at Thalassa Villas are per villa per night and VAT and all taxes. Breakfast and maid service is also included. A welcome fruit basket, mineral water & wine are in the room on arrival. Guests have a private parking lot at each villa, porter service, doorman & 24-hour security. Baby cots for children up to 2 years is complimentary. A minimum stay of 5 nights applies. A 10% deposit is required to confirm bookings.

Cancellation policy

Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, or between 21.07.10 - 24.08.10, 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 30/45 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged 75% of the total cost. No shows will be charged 100% of the total cost. Thalassa Villas will be as flexible as possible regarding cancellations.
