Elounda Gulf Villas stands majestically on the hillside overlooking the gulf of Mirabello. It is the best small luxury boutique hotel in Crete. Elounda Gulf Villas has 18 stylish villas with their own private pool and 10 luxury "Suites" close to the main pool, have been individually designed with the peacefulness and harmony of your home in mind. The villas and suites are a destination for those looking for a special holiday, as they provide the rarest of combinations, complemented by a new standard of service and technology epitomising the concept of Chic Retreats; facilities and services of a deluxe hotel together with the warm, private and exclusive atmosphere of your home.
Accommodation
The superior spa villas have one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. As Spa Villas they offer a large infinity seasonally-heated private swimming pool with built-in Jacuzzi and jet for swimming against the stream but also private sauna, steam bath and gym room! They all have magnificent sea views and have a minimum occupancy of 2 people and maximum 4! There are 4 Superior Spa Villas in total. From the elegant, luxury and spacious senior Suite to the top of the range Royal Villa, each one with it's own personality, Elounda Gulf Villas & Suites has a remarkable variety of accommodation to choose from. Couples, friends or families can find the right type of suite or villa to suit their needs. All bedrooms are individually decorated using soft colours and furnished with antiques restored using lush fabrics. King-size and big single beds with 100% fine cotton bed linen. Individually controlled air conditioning and heating can be found in all the rooms and many rooms have their own separate dressing areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows giving to the spectacular views of the gulf.
Activities
There is an Elixir Spa Gallery with gym room, steam room, massage room, sauna room and outdoor heated jacuzzi. All these facilities are complimentary for hotel guests.
Dining
Guests can enjoy drinks at the stylish bar and there are also 2 chic a la carte restaurants serving both international and mediterranean dishes. Room service is available.
Rates
Rates at Elounda Gulf Villas & Suites are per Villa/Suite per night and include all taxes and service charges (accommodation: 9%), a fruit basket, wine and mineral water on arrival, cleaning & maintenance services, gas, electricity, water, air-conditioning, linen and towels. Suite rates include a daily continental breakfast and halfboard is available for EUR 45 per day for adults and EUR 20 per day for children up to 12. Additional beds in suites are free for babycots and children aged 3-12 and between EUR 65-100 for adults over 12. Food packs for villas are charged at EUR 60 for 2 pax, EUR 100 for 4 pax, EUR 150 for 6 pax and EUR 200 for 8 pax. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request free of charge as are beds for children aged 0-3. For over 3 year olds, extra beds cost between EUR 120-150. Additonal services such as transfers, delivery of shopping, chef / cook, babysitting can be pre-paid and heating of the private pools of the Spa Villas can be arranged. For guests of the Luxury Villas, Superior, Executive and Presidential Spa Villas as well as the Royal Spa Villa, a 7-night minimum stay applies in the high season and a 5-night minimum for the low and mid season. Minimum stay for the Suites is 3 nights. Elounda can be flexible upon request.

Cancellation policy
All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm. For the high season, the remaining balance should be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival and for low and mid season, 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made in the high season more than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the rental cost by wire transfer. Cancellations made 59-0 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% by wire transfer. In low and mid season, cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total rental cost and cancellations 30-0 days prior to arrival or no shows / early departures will be charged 100% of the total rental cost.
