No two cottages are the same at Winvian. Designed and created by no less than 15 architects these 18 cottages are all totally unique in style and theme. Some are traditional, other quirky and whimsical but all share the same high standards expected at only the best luxury hotel. Camping Cottage (designed by John Martin) has got to be one of our favourites and a way of enjoying nature close up and at its finest. This cottage has large floor to ceiling windows allowing the outdoors to become very much part of the whole experience. There is even an outdoor fireplace on the porch and there is disabled access. Golf Cottage (designed by David Sellers) is ideal for the keen golfer with its own putting green just outside. It enjoys pretty views across the meadows to to the south.

For those looking for something extraordinary book the Helicopter Cottage (designed by Malcolm Appleton). A fully restored Sikorsky HH37 helicopter is the essence of this cottage and the interiors of the helicopter play host to the entertainment centre and bar. Think of it as your own private and luxurious hangar decorated in a cool contemporary style. Other cabins include treehouses, sunken tubs and stone waterfalls. The Hadley Suite is perfect for those looking for a combination of luxury, privacy & space; located on the 2nd floor of the Seth Bird House, it has 3 rooms which have been furnished with many antiques and some of the family's original belongings. The suite includes a lovely living room with open fire, library and large bedroom with a four-poster bed. The luxurious bathroom overlooks the southern gardens.
