About this Chic Retreat

Vail Chalet is a luxury 6-bedroom chalet in the Vail Mountains. Close to Vail village centre and minutes from the Vista Bahn Lift this Chic Retreat is the perfect ski-in ski-out boutique holiday home, with 6-bedrooms and everything you could need for a self-catered family break or ski trip with friends. The homey interiors of this luxurious 6000 sq ft mountain retreat have a traditional, cosy ambience and after a day on the slopes or out hiking in the mountains, guests can relax in the entertainment room with a film, snuggle up by the beautiful open fireplace in the living room or take dinner out on the patio and soak up the views.

Accommodation

There are 6 bedrooms at Vail Chalet, each spacious and homey in design. There are 2 master bedrooms with king-size beds in each, 3 queen bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with doubles, each with their own connected bathrooms with showers or baths & showers, with Molton Brown bath products & towels provided. Beds are fitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets in a demure natural palette and every bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD players in the 2 master bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms also has a private patio for a little extra privacy. Vail Chalet #10 has a private elevator for ease of access.

Activities

The Vista Bahn Lift is a short walk away, taking you to some of the best slopes for skiing and snowboarding while the Vail Mountains are also perfect for cross country skiing and ice climbing. The entry area ski room at this chic boutique chalet has ski racks, cubbies for helmets & gloves and benches for getting changed; your ski experience could never be easier. The majestic peaks are great for hiking and walking or explore the area along the numerous biking trails or with a day of rock climbing or fly fishing. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round on the nearby course surrounded by spectacular scenery. After a day out exploring, return to the chalet for a film night in the entertainment room which has a large flat screen TV & DVD player or a quiet read in the living room. Guests of Vail Chalet can also enjoy the facilities at the Lodge at Vail which includes a spa, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, bar & restaurant.

Dining

The fully equipped Gourmet kitchen includes a large 8-burner stove & double ovens, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and 2 sets of washer/dryers while outside on the patio there's a barbeque. For dining out, there are some lovely restaurants in Vail village just a few minutes walk from this boutique chalet. Concierge services are available with a pre-ordered welcome hamper available on request.

Rates

Rates at Vail Chalet are per chalet per night and do not include taxes, USD 250 cleaning fee and a 3 night deposit. Extra childrens beds / cots are available at USD 45.

Cancellation policy

In winter - A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, balance payable 60 days prior to arrival apart from for bookings between Dec 16 - Jan 5 where payment is due no later than Sept 15. A USD 300 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of total rental are non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. In summer - 100% of total rental cost is due at 30 days prior to arrival. For month or longer stays, final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. 100% will be charged on cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival.
