Beaver Creek Landing is a luxury chalet in Beaver Creek, Colorado. With 3 bedrooms, this stylish mountain ski-in ski-out retreat can accommodate up to 8 guests with a large communal living room where guests can return from a day out on the ski slopes or walking in the mountains to a cosy night by the fireplace. Luxurious fabrics and a warm colour palette of reds, dark woods and creams creates an inviting ambience, and outside guests can enjoy the mountain views from the large patio which has a large stone fireplace to keep you warm amid the crisp white snow. A few steps will take you to the ski lift and guests have access to the main communal lodge with hot tub & swimming pool for a relaxing evening swim. The large dining room and fully-equipped kitchen make this the perfect retreat for a self-catering ski trip with friends or family.

Accommodation

Each of the 3 bedrooms at Beaver Creek Landing have been individually-decorated with a traditional mountain style. There is a king-size room, a queen and 1 twin room with 2 queen-size beds, all fitted with Egyptian cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. Each room is en-suite, and bathrooms have combined baths & showers, with luxurious Molton Brown bath products provided. All bedrooms also have flat screen TVs.

Activities

Beaver Creek is a great location for skiing and snowboarding and the ski lifts are just steps away making this an ideal ski-in ski-out retreat. There is a snow mobiling area close by and some good spots for ice climbing. Ski lockers are available directly across from the condo to store your skis and boots. Keen golfers can enjoy superb golf courses nearby while for exploring the region, there are plenty of hiking & biking trails. Head out to the mountains for a day of rock climbing or try fly fishing in the rivers before returning to the lodge for an evening out on the patio by the roaring stone fire, watching films in the living room or playing pool in the games room. Guests can also enjoy use of the hot tub & swimming pool in the communal lodge.

Dining

Beaver Creek Landing has a fully-equipped kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer, a breakfast bar and a dining room that seats 8. A welcome hamper can be provided on arrival so you have all you need to get started and there are some great restaurants in the village for dining out.

Rates at Beaver Creek Landing are per chalet per night and do not include taxes. Extra childrens beds / cots are available at USD 45.

Cancellation policy

In winter - A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, balance payable 60 days prior to arrival apart from for bookings between Dec 16 - Jan 5 where payment is due no later than Sept 15. A USD 300 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival. 100% of total rental are non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of arrival. In summer - 100% of total rental cost is due at 30 days prior to arrival. For month or longer stays, final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. 100% will be charged on cancellations made less than 45 days prior to arrival.
