About this Chic Retreat
Cowley Manor is part of A Curious Group of Hotels and is sister hotel to L'Hôtel one of the most romantic boutique hotels in Paris. Cowley Manor sits in the Cotswold village of Cowley, under 2 hours drive from London and within easy reach of Cheltenham and Cirencester. Guests can enjoy the bar, sitting room, gardens & swimming pools or simply enjoy the privacy of their room.
Accommodation
Each of the 30 rooms at Cowley Manor are modern and unique, designed by outstanding British Designers. The bathrooms are large, light and spacious. Half of the rooms are in the main house with the other half enjoying the privacy of the stable block. There are 5 room categories; Best - there is only one - it has a four poster bed and enormous bathroom. Exceptional - there a few of these with some on two levels. Great - larger than the Better rooms and some with views over the lake. Better - these are all in the newly renovated Stable Block with some on split levels. Good - a bit small than the Better rooms, each with the trademark Cowley Manor bathroom.
Activities
Cowley Manor is home to the multi-award-winning C-Side Spa which has been cleverly sunk into the landscape. Guests can enjoy some time in the gym, relax with a treatment, swim in one of the heated indoor or outdoor pools or enjoy a session in the sauna or steam rooms.
Dining
The restaurant at Cowley Manor serves delicious British food for lunch and dinner and there is also a private dining room which seats 14. The new menus focus on local and organic ingredients and have been created by the critically-acclaimed Mark Hix.
Rates
Rates are per room per night including full breakfast and VAT. There is a minimum two night booking policy on weekends. Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday.
