About this Chic Retreat
The private landscaped garden with timber deck at luxury guest house Atlantic House surrounds a heated pool with underwater music and is just a taste of the attention to detail throughout this super-slick chic boutique hotel. Luxurious but not plush, the dark wood, silks, leathers and soft natural lighting create richly sensual, tactile interiors.
Accommodation
Four rooms each offer sea views, the fifth room has mountain views, a private garden and outside shower. All rooms are large and 3 open onto an elevated timber deck that overlooks the pool and garden and out over the Atlantic Ocean. The en-suite bathrooms are modern with travertine and clear glass finishes. Every room offers air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, flatscreen TV with dedicated satellite, DVD player, direct dial telephone and high speed internet.
Activities
In addition to the pool, Camps Bay's cosmopolitan beachfront is just down the hill which is vibrant throughout the year where people throng the pavement cafes and restaurants enjoying the ambience. All the attractions of Cape Town are close at hand; the V&A Waterfront, the Table Mountain cableway and the city centre.

An expansive view of Camps Bay and the Atlantic Ocean greets you as you enter the open area of the lobby, lounge and bar. The mood is one of quiet elegance and deep comfort. The stylish bar is well-stocked with award winning local wines, spirits and beers. An atmosphere of effortless sophistication and immediate relaxation prevails.
Rates
Rates at Atlantic House include breakfast and VAT. We regret no children under 13 years permitted. Maximum 2 persons may share a room. Rooms can be booked for single occupancy at a reduced rate. The interior of Atlantic House is a no-smoking area. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm any reservation.

Cancellation policy
The balance is payable upon arrival at Atlantic House Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 75% balance of full accommodation costs (excluding deposit) Cancellation within 7 days of arrival: Full accommodation costs as booked and confirmed. For bookings made for the World Cup between 4 June and 18 July cancellations must be made before 8 December or the full accommodation costs will be charged.
